Providing New Homes

The demand for affordable homes is greater than ever.

At Cordale we are working with our Group Partner, Caledonia Housing Association, to build modern, energy efficient new homes. The Development team at Caledonia forms part of the Asset Management Directorate. The key role of the development team is to increase our affordable housing stock to ensure that we meet housing need in the area. Over the next 5 years we aim to build 1,000 affordable homes across the Group in partnership with the Scottish Government.

We work closely with key stakeholders to attract public and private investment to fund our priorities.
