We have put together information in our Resuming Services Safely leaflet which details how we will operate in line with current guidance and what we are doing to keep you safe. It has information on our infection control measures which can also be found in the graphic below.
Please note the key changes (from December 2021) are that:
• Staff and Contractors will take a lateral flow test prior to attending your home. We are encouraging all tenants to take a lateral flow test prior to our visit and to inform us of any positive results as we may need to make alternative arrangements
• A reasonable distance will be maintained between staff, contractors, and tenants at all times during visits
• If you are self-isolating or have COVID symptoms, then you should let us know as soon as possible as we will only carry out our visit if it is an emergency
