Demand for affordable homes is greater than ever.
Our Development Team are responsible for delivering new build and major regeneration projects that help to meet the housing needs and aspirations of our customers. The team works closely with partners at the Scottish Government and local authorities to ensure the new homes help to address housing demand in the neighborhoods in which we work. The Development Team collaborates with consultancy teams to design the most energy efficient homes that we can to reduce energy costs for our customers. The Development Team works closely with all departments within Cordale and Caledonia to design, finance and occupy the homes by putting the needs of the customer at the heart of all their decision making.
