Access to Information

We are subject to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs).  This means everyone has the right to ask for information we hold about us, our activities and our services – and we have a legal duty to respond to requests.

We also proactively publish a range of information. We have adopted the Scottish Information Commissioner’s Model Publication Scheme and developed a Guide to Information which details the information we make available through the scheme.

Our Freedom of Information Policy explains our approach to complying with our duties under FOISA.

To request information under FOISA (or EIRs), email: [email protected]

Our Privacy Notice explains how we will do this, from when we collect personal data until we dispose of it.
