Customer Consultation – Safety and Stock Quality
Every year we need to ensure that we are complying with the Scottish Housing Regulator’s Regulatory Framework to produce our Annual Assurance Statement. As part of this work, we focus on key areas of importance to see where we can improve, and we would welcome your feedback on this.
This year, we are asking our customers to consider our assessment of our compliance with our obligations in relation to Tenant and Resident Safety and Stock Quality.
This survey provides you with some information on our current performance and compliance framework, and then asks some short questions. It should take no longer than 3 minutes to complete.
