This commitment to EDI helps us deliver on our mission: to provide sustainable homes, deliver flexible services to meet the needs of all our customers, and assist in developing the vibrant communities that we all want.
We have implemented an EDI Charter which focuses on key actions in four areas; accessing our services, the homes we provide, our contractors and suppliers and our people. We have an EDI strategic group that meet regularly to set our EDI objectives. We also have an internal EDI working group, made up of colleagues from across the business, who look at how to bring these strategic objectives to life.
